Organisational chart

At the top of the organisational structure of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Albania is the General Assembly, made up of the members listed in the Public Register. The Assembly elects the Managing Council, the Internal Audit Committee and the Quality Management Committee, while the other committees and the Executive Director come under the Managing Council. The Council of Branch and Section Chairs is elected at the branch and section meetings.
