Member Portal

The Member Portal is the online space where each member follows their relationship with the Institute: their membership details as a Certified Accountant, the status of their fees and their Continuing Professional Development hours. The portal gives members, at any time, a complete view of the obligations fulfilled and of those pending, and replaces the exchange of documents by email.

What the portal offers

  • Membership details — register number, category, branch or section, certificate details and contact details, with the option of updating them.
  • Membership fee — the fee status for the current year and the payment history.
  • Continuing Professional Development — the structured hours recorded by IKM after each training, the hours recognised from other programmes and self-reported hours, and the status of the obligation for the year and for the three-year cycle.
  • Training certificates — the certificates issued by IKM for the training attended.

In development

By the beginning of 2027, the portal will also include the member’s licence, registration for training and the submission of the annual declaration of activity and the personal employment declaration. Until then, the declarations are submitted through the online form announced by IKM, and registration for training is made through the form in each notice.

Login credentials

Login credentials are sent to members by email, at the address declared at registration, once the membership has been approved by the Registration and Licensing Committee. Members can reset their password themselves through the “Keni harruar fjalëkalimin?” (Forgot your password?) link on the login page. When the email address has changed or logging in is not possible, the IKM Secretariat restores access after verifying the member’s identity. The portal serves Certified Accountant members and Accounting Firms.

Data security

The portal runs on the platform of the supplier Zoho, with data processed in the European Union, and is used only for membership administration. Access to each member’s data is given only to authorised persons in the executive structure and the relevant committees, as described in the Privacy Policy.
